Rhein Composite präsentierte seine Türsysteme für Sonderfahrzeuge auf der bauma 2010

Warum müssen Türen eigentlich immer aus Metall sein. Den Gegenbeweis trat Rhein Composite auf der bauma 2010 an und zeigte vom 19. - 25. April in München, dass gerade Nutz- und Sonderfahrzeuge von den Vorteilen der Faserverbundtechnik profitieren.

Großauftrag im Bereich Sonderfahrzeuge

Mobilkranhersteller Terex-Demag setzt auf Rhein Composite Türen.

Der Trend zu Composite Türen ist ungebrochen, denn das Material vereint extrem hohe Steifigkeit und Stabilität mit einem sehr geringen Eigengewicht.

Sie befinden sich in:

Rhein Composite concentrates on the closed machine processing of thermosetting resin compounds with reinforcing fiber of glass, carbon, aramide and natural fibers. The resulting laminates meet the highest requirements concerning strength, rigidity, weight and surface quality.

The production process is the resin injection method, most generally known as RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding). This is one of the few partially automated processes in the production of long and continuous reinforced fiber composite components.

Depending on the selection of materials and production parameters, form, weight, strength and rigidity of the products can be determined. This allows us to meet our customers' individual requirements.

Thanks to our technical consulting, development and project planning, Rhein Composite can provide the customer with solutions beginning with the idea then leading on to actual production: all under one roof.

Depending on structure and manufacturing processes, reinforced composite materials allow great freedom in construction, design and forming. Production using the RTM process, compared to mostly manual processing techniques, provides the most economical solution in series manufacturing of batch sizes ranging from several hundred to several thousand units per year.

Thanks to the exclusive specialisation in pressure RTM technology as well as our constant growth in the last years, Rhein Composite has become one of the major German manufacturers using this production technology.
